Training Plan

The 2025 Training Plan is completely FREE to anyone who has registered for the race.  We welcome runners of all levels to register for the training plan. This plan is open to half marathon, 10K and 5K runners!  If you do not want to register for the race, but would like an online training program, then you can register only for the training plan, but there is a $45 charge.

Program begins Sep 15 and final date to register is Oct 20.  There will also be an in-person weekly speed workout which starts on Thursday, September 18, 6pm at Location to be announced. This will be a great time to come hang out with your fellow training partners and ask questions of the coaches.
